Cancellation Policy

Things come up, and it's completely understandable. To keep the schedule flowing smoothly and to respect the time set aside for each appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

If a cancellation is needed, please try to give at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the deposit being forfeited. In the case of same-day cancellations or no-shows, a cancellation fee may be required before rebooking.

This policy is in place to honor the time and preparation that goes into each appointment and to ensure availability for others as well. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
